Before You Leave
Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Here's a quick checklist to make sure everything is set before you head out.

A late checkout is sometimes possible — send us a message the day before to ask.
Kitchen
- Run the dishwasher or hand-wash any remaining dishes
- Wipe down counters and stovetop
- Empty and wipe out refrigerator of any perishables
- Take out trash to the bins outside
Bedrooms & Linens
- Strip bed linens and leave on the bedroom floor (or in the washer if you prefer)
- Leave towels in the bathrooms or laundry area
- Check all drawers and closets for personal items
Beach Gear & Outdoors
- Return all beach gear to the garage — chairs, umbrellas, wagons, bikes
- Rinse off any sand-covered items before storing
- Leave the hot tub running (the system manages itself)
- Turn off the grill and make sure the lid is closed
General
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Turn off lights and ceiling fans
- Set thermostats to 75°F (summer) or off (offseason)
- Gather all personal belongings — check all rooms, decks, and the garage
- Lock up and return the entry code to the welcome instructions
